Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise, (Firm)
1 tbl Green Olives, Chopped
1 tsp French Mustard
1 x Hard Cooked Egg
1 tbl Parsley, Chopped Fine
1 tbl Capers, Chopped
1 tbl Shallots, Minced
Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Instructions: All ingredients must be well drained. Chop the hard cooked egg very fine.

Combine the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Season to taste. Thin as needed with lemon juice.

Yields 1 Cup
