Amount Ingredient
2 med Onions finely chopped
2 x Shallots finely chopped
1/2 med Red bell pepper seeded and diced
1 med Tomato peeled, seeded, and chopped
2/3 cup Fresh lime juice
3 tbl Olive oil
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper or to taste
Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar. Cover and shake to blend. Refrigerate for 48 hours.

Serve at room temperature. Ti-Malice will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. A great condiment for grilled fish, this recipe makes about 2 cups of sauce
