1/2 cup fresh herbs (chopped)
Instructions:
Instructions: Puree spinach and herbs in a vitamiser with just enough water to get a smooth finish.

Add green puree to mayonnaise and season.

Serve with hot or cold fish or seafood dishes.

"Verte" is French for green.
