570 ml double cream
1 x juice of 1 lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Reduce the stock to 150ml.

Add the cream and bring to the boil.

Cook for a few mirtutes until the sauce begins to thicken.

Add lemon juice salt and pepper to taste.
