Instructions: Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth by mixing with a spoon. Stir in preserves, lemon juice, sherry and curry. Chill until just before serving. (Up to 1 hour before serving can add whipping cream.) Stir in whipped cream and keep refrigerated until served. Serve with fresh fruit salad.
