STUFFING SEASONING MIX ----------------
1 tsp Ground sage or poultry seasoning
1 tsp Chichen bouillon granules
1 tbl Dried chopped celery
2 tsp Dried minced onions
2 tsp Dried parsley leaves-crushed
1/8 tsp Pepper
Makes 1 pack
----------------- SAUCEPAN STUFFING ----------------
1/4 cup water
3 tbl Butter or margarine
1 pkt Stuffing seasoning mix (see above)
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium pan, combine water, butter or margarine and stuffing seasoning mix. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium; simmer about 5 minutes. stir in bread cubes. cook 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is abosrbed, stirring continues, cover;remove from heat let stand 5 mins. before serving.

VARIATIONS: add more or less water, accord to how you like it. Ive used some turkey juice in place of water-if oily turkey juice, omit butter. also can add celery, etc. and adjust seasoning to your taste...
