Instructions: Add bread crumbs to milk and let stand a few minutes. Mix with ground beef, egg, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Shape into loaf and put into baking pan. Combine catsup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and water; pour over meat loaf. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes.

Baste occasionally.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
