4 cup thinly sliced peeled potatoes about 2 pounds
3/4 oz cream of celery undiluted
or mushroom soup
12 oz evaporated milk
1 lrg onion sliced
2 tbl butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir in ham. Reduce heat to low; cook 6-8 hours longer or until potatoes are tender.

Yield: 4-6 main-dish or 8-12 side-dish servings.
