Ingredients:

MEDIUM-LOAF (24-OZ)
7 oz milk plus
2 oz milk if needed
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion salt
2 tbl butter or margarine
1/2 cup sauerkraut see directions
1 tbl onion finely chopped
1/4 cup bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup rye flour
1/2 tbl sugar
1/2 tbl caraway seed optional
Instructions:
Instructions: Measure sauerkraut, finely chop, drain and paper towel dry. Measure remaining ingredients.

Add to bread pan in the recommended order. Check the consistency: add a little more milk if too dry.

Select the Basic/standard white bread setting for regular or light crust.

START.

When unit signals and display reads 0:00, press STOP and remove pan from machine; remove bread from the pan to cool on a rack.
