1 lb PORK SAUSAGE (ROLL TYPE-CAN USE HOT SAUSAGE IF YOU WANT THESE HOT)
3/4 cup QUICK COOK OATMEAL UNCOOKED
1 x EGG BEATEN
Instructions:
Instructions: COMBINE ALL & MIX WELL
SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS AND PLACE ON UNGREASED BAKING SHEET
BAKE AT 375 FOR ABOUT 20-25 MINUTES TILL LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN
SERVE WARM
YIELD ABOUT 3 DZ BALLS
