Instructions: Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender then drain well.
Mix together the mayonnaise sour cream mustard herbs and vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the hot potatoes stirring gently to coat. Once cool add the apple gherkins and spring onions. Serve with the hot sausage and plenty of mustard. You can cook the sausage either on sauna stones (if you happen to have them) over a bonfire or on a barbecue. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
