Instructions: Heres my recipe and it has been a steady winner for me for years. The sauce is what really makes it I think. Combine first 5 ingredients together. Shape into TINY little balls. Brown (you can fry but I think its simpler to brown in the oven) and then put in colander and pour VERY VERY HOT water over them. Place in casserole with sauce and bake at 325 for 1 hour, covered. Sauce: Just mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meatballs and bake. I sometimes make a double recipe and put into crockpot and they keep for a long time. Put them out with some toothpicks and then watch them fly. Now the recipe doesnt call for it but I ALWAYS add a dash of Tabasco for a little extra zip. This is optional though. My hubby also likes it better if I make a double recipe of sauce because he just loves that sauce. Hope you enjoy them. P.S. I usually get my kids to roll the balls for me and that makes the recipe even easier!! Linda Dougher
