1 lb Hot Pork Sausage, formed into bite-size pieces (I prefer Potters, sold locally at Krogers)
1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte Pineapple, crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix Brown Sugar and can of pineapple (juice and all) in a skillet that has a lid. Add sausage balls. Cook covered, over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes before stirring. Stir and keep cooking until sausage reaches desired doneness. (I cook mine very done, not crispy, just done).

Note: Form the sausage into balls when it is very cold, almost frozen.
