6 x	eggs
2 cup	milk
6 slc	white bread
1 tsp	salt
4 oz	mild cheese, cubed
1 tsp	dry mustard

Instructions:

Instructions: Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs; add mustard, milk, and salt. Mix in; bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and let set a few minutes before serving.
