1 x (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 lb Hot sausage
1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/4 cup Chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp Salt
1 dsh Garlic powder
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
2 x Eggs
1 cup Milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown sausage & ground beef. Drain. Mix onions, peppers & 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Pour meat mixture into pie shell. Add onion mixture. Mix eggs & milk until foamy. Add salt & garlic powder. Pour eggs on top. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
