Instructions: Place cubed bread in 9 X 12 buttered dish. Put cheese on top of bread cubes. Brown, drain and rinse sausage. Spread over cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard and pour over sausage. Refrigerate over night. Next day mix soup and 1/2 C milk and pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1//2 hours.
