Ingredients:

1 lb Bulk pork sausage
2 med Onions, chopped
2 tbl Olive or vegetables oil
2 x Cloves garlic, minced
3 x 14 1/2 ounce chicken broth
2 cup Water
3 x Chicken bouillon cube
1/2 lb Fresh kale, chopped
3 med Potatoes, peeled and cubed
Instructions:
Instructions: In a 5 qt Dutch oven over medium heat, cook sausage and onions in oil for 5 minutes or until sausage is browned; drain. Add garlic; cook for 1-2 min.

Add broth, water, bouillon and kale; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; leaving the cover ajar, simmer for 1 hour. Add the potatoes and cook for 15 min.

Add the beans; cook until potatoes are tender and beans are heated through.

Yield 10-12 servings.
