1 x tube crescent rolls
1 lb sausage can use Ital-hot or mild or pork sausage
1 cup sm curd cottage cheese
4 x eggs beaten
1 tbl chives
1 dsh pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Grease 16 muffin cups very well. Line each cup with 1 of the crescent rolls, pressing together to seal. Cook and drain sausage. Spoon some into each cup. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. BakeEfor 20 minutes at 375.

Andyval Says: These are great for a brunch. They can be made ahead and frozen; defrost and reheat when company comes!
