Instructions: Lay the sausages in a single layer in an ovenproof dish.
Put the ovenshelf on the second set of runners down in the roasting ovenput in the sausages and brown them for about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove them from the dish to a plate in the simmering ovento keep warm. Pour off into the ovenproof dish and put on the floor of the roasting ovenheal for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the onions and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the mushrooms stir and cook for 45 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes puree paprika and a pinch of salt. Return the sausages to the dish and cover with a lid or foil. Put the shelf on the bottom set of runners put in the sausage dish for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir in the yoghurt return to the ovento heat through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with baked potatoes. This is a wonderful way to cook sausages. Everything is cooked in one dish m the oven.
