Instructions: Boil pasta as you fry sausages.
When the sausages are done, slice them into thin circles and fry the onions, then add the sausages, the tin of tomatoes, a squirt of puree, a bit of tarragon, seasoning and a smidgen of chilli. Boil peas/mange tout. Drain pasta, add knob of butter, pour sausage, tomatoes etc on top and put green vegetables on the side. Delicious with a bit of french bread and a glass of rough red wine.
