Instructions: Prepare pancake mix according to directions except use 1 C liquid. Turn into greased 13X9 pan. Halve each sausage. Arrange peaches and sausages on top of batter. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted off center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serve with peach syrup.
Syrup: In saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in reserved peach syrup. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in maple syrup and butter until melted. Serve warm over hot breakfast squares. Serves 6-8 Email this Recipe:
