Instructions: Mix sausage meat, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut pastry into a rectangles 20cm wide. Sprinkle board with flour and roll sausage meat into rolls of the same length as the pastry. Place sausage meat on top of pastry and moisten the edges with beaten egg. Fold pastry over to enclose meat, having the join on the side. Using a fork, press edges together to seal, trim neatly. Cut into required sizes and place on an oven tray. Brush with beaten egg and bake 200C/380F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Email this Recipe:
