2 oz olive oil
1/4 x yellow onion, diced
1/2 x red bell pepper, diced
2 x cloves garlic

1/2 x link Italian sausage, sliced
4 x fresh clams
1/3 cup calamari
2 x (16/20) prawns
1/3 cup rock shrimp
1 lrg scallop
1/3 cup fin fish
1/3 cup chopped clams
1 lrg oyster
----------------- Part 3: ----------------
3 oz tomato sauce
1/3 cup whole cream
1/3 cup clam juice
1 x green onion, sliced
Chopped Italian parsley
----------------- Seasoning pre-mix: ----------------
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix and saute Part 1 for 2 minutes. Add all of Part 2 except the scallop.

Add the pre-mixed seasoning. Continue to saute for another 2 minutes.

Add Part 3 and stir, allowing simmering for a few minutes to reduce the liquid.

When the who clams open, add the scallop and simmer for a few more seconds.

The scallop and oyster should not be completely cooked.
