1 lb	polish sausage
6 med	cooking apples cored, and each
	cut into 8 wedges - (2 lbs total)
3 tbl	brown sugar
1 tbl	lemon juice
1/4 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Cut sausage into bite-size pieces, cook sausage 10 minutes, add apples, then sprinkle with sugar, lemon and spices.

Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stir twice.
