Ingredients:

1 pkt Fresh fettuccine
1 dsh Oil
1 lb Sweet Italian sausage, sliced into 1/2

1/2 lb Red bell peppers, chunked
3 med Onions, sliced
3 x Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbl Olive oil
1/2 tsp Oregano
Instructions:
Instructions: Add fresh fettuccine to large pot of boiling water with oil. Cook al dente.

Drain. Rinse. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium - high heat. Add sausage. Brown. Add water. Cook a few minutes. Remove sausage and drain on paper towels. Pour off water from skillet. Place back on heat. Return sausage, onions, peppers and oregano to skillet. Stir and cook until well mixed & heated throughout. Serve over fettuccine.

Approximately 15 minutes.
