8 oz	Minced veal
2 oz	Minced streaky bacon
2 oz	Shredded suet
4 oz	Fresh white breadcrumbs
	Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbl	Chopped parsley
1 pch	Ground nutmeg
2 tsp	Chopped fresh sage

Instructions: Just mix everything together and shape into a sausage. Shallow fry in oil.
