Instructions: With a sharp knife, cut sausages into 1/2-inch pieces. In a deep skillet, over medium-high heat, cook Italian sausage pieces 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain.
Add remaning sausage pieces and green onions and cook 5 additional minutes. Reduce heat to low, add beer, Tabasco sauce, and parsley, if desired. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into chafing dish. Serve with toothpicks. Sausages may be frozen for future use. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
