1/2 cup flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 x egg
2 tbl water
1 lb pollock fillets thawed if necessary
2 tbl oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper. Beat together egg and water. Dip pollock in seasoned flour, then egg, then again in seasoned flour.

Saute in oil over medium heat about 5 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and fillet flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges

This recipe yields 4 servings.
