Instructions: Cut the courgettes into chunks. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add them to it. Saute them briskly for abour 2 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for a further minute. Sprinkle in the basil, season well, transfer to a serving dish. Serve hot or cold.
