2 cup Dandelion blossoms
2/3 cup Cracker crumbs
1 x Egg, beaten
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine egg and milk. Dip flowers first into egg mixture, then into cracker crumbs. Saute in oil for one minute on each side. Serve hot.

Serves 3 or 4.
