Instructions: In a large saute pan or wok, heat oil on high. When it ripples, add garlic and toss quickly until fragrant. Add dou miao and salt alternately and in batches, letting each batch of dou miao wilt slightly before adding more. As the moisture from the leaves evaporates, add the water. Toss just until all the leaves are wilted. Remove from heat.
