Instructions: * Note: You may substitute lean luncheon ham or smoked turkey if desired.
Remove kernels from corn. In a large skillet add oil and strips of Prosciutto ham. Saute until strips are crisped. Add corn, bell pepper and garlic. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until kernels are tender. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
