Instructions: Dry legs thoroughly with paper towels; dip into beaten egg and let drain. Dip into crumbs and shake off excess. Heat oil and butter and add garlic; cook for 1 minute to season oil; add legs. Saute over high heat until lightly browned on both sides, a total of 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
