1 lb Mushrooms
2 tbl Margarine or Butter
2 tbl Olive Oil
2 cl Garlic, minced
2 tbl Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Rinse mushrooms and trim off stem ends. Do not peel and cut into 1/4-inch slices.

Heat margarine, oil, and garlic in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are light brown.
