4 x Patty pans per person
2 tsp Butter
Salt to taste
2 cup Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Put 2 cups of water into a small saucepan with a pinch of salt and 4 patty pans. Bring to the boil and remove patty pans once they are al dente and keep to one side.

Melt butter in pan and lightly saute the patty pans, adding the sherry at the last minute. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
