3 cup sugar snap peas blanched
1 x shallot finely diced
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat a saute pan with the butter. Add the blanched sugar snaps and cook for 1 minute. Add the shallot and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
