COOK SHAKING AND TOSSING UNTIL IT STARTS TO TAKE COLOR. ADD PEPPER FLAKES AND LEMON JUICE AND COVER SKILLET. COOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES MORE. DO NOT OVER COOK.
