2 tbl	Finely chopped onion
2 tbl	Finely chopped parsley
1 x	Clove garlic, crushed to a paste with salt
8 oz	Fine bread crumbs

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients. If using a food processor, add in this order: garlic, onion, bread, parsley, cheese. These can be used on fish, chicken, etc. Any leftovers can be stored in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator.
