2 x GREEN ONIONS & TOPS, SLICED
4 x EGGS, BEATEN
1/2 cup LIGHT CREAM
1/4 tsp SALT
1/8 tsp WHITE PEPPER
Instructions:
Instructions: IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CHEESE, EGGS, BACON (CUT IN 1" PIECES), ONIONS, CREAM, SALT AND PEPPER. ADD MUSHROOMS IF DESIRED. POUR INTO LIGHTLY BUTTERED 8" SQUARE DISH. BAKE. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET STAND FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
