Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 lb	Ground beef
2 cup	Cheerios cereal, crushed
2 tbl	Onion, chopped
2 tbl	Green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbl	Chili sauce
1 tsp	Salt
1/2 tsp	McCormick/Schilling black pepper
1/4 cup	Milk
1 x	Egg
6 slc	Processed American cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients except cheese and buns. Shape mixture into six 3-inch patties. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil patties with tops 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side. Top each patty with cheese slice. Broil until cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Serve on buns.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
