1 pkt frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) thawed, well
drained
(or 1 package (10-oz) fresh spinach, cleaned, cooked and well drained)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (8 oz), divided
1/4 tsp garlic powder
12 x jumbo macaroni shells for filling cooked, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix spinach, ricotta cheese, 3/4 of the feta cheese and garlic powder. Fill shells with spinach mixture.

Place in 10- by 6-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over shells. Top with remaining feta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Make-Ahead Directions: Prepare Savory Feta-Filled Shells as directed except for baking; cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
