Instructions: Trim excess fat from steak. Wipe with damp paper towels. Combine soy sauce and rum in large, shallow dish. Place steak in mixture; refrigerate, covered, turning occasionally, for 24 hours. Remove steak from mixture.
Brush pan with oil. Place meat in broiler pan without rack. Broil 6 inches from heat for 1 minute on each side. Turn and broil for 5 minutes longer. Turn again; broil for 5 minutes more or until medium rare. Cut steak into thin slices on the diagonal. Arrange on plate. Pour pan juices over meat. Email this Recipe:
