Instructions: Wrap handle of a large nonstick skillet with aluminum foil. Coat skillet with cooking spray; add oil, and place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and sugar; saute 10 minutes or until browned. Add apple, ham, and pepper; saute 6 minutes or until apple is tender. Remove from heat.
Combine milk and next 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour over apple mixture. Bake at 425 deg for 18 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden.
