Instructions: Fry onions until soft; add mince and press down with a fork and fry until brown and crumbly. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix well. Stir in stock and sauce and bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or over toast.
