Instructions: Make marinade: combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour over chicken. Let rest, covered, at room temp. for 30 minutes. Or refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken and marinade in a shallow pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through, basting often with the pan juices. Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm. Pour the pan juices in a pan, bring to a boil, and reduce until thickened. Serve with the chicken.
