1 x 2- to 3-pound bone-in turkey breast
1/2 tsp dried thyme
salt and black pepper
1 cup orange juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Season turkey breast with thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Place in slow cooker. Add orange juice and bay leaf. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until turkey is tender and no longer pink inside. Remove bay leaf and discard before carving.
