Instructions: In a large skillet, heat the oil over a medium flame. Add the celery and onions and cook, stirring frequently until golden. Stir in 1/4 cup of the water; reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender. In a very large bowl, toss the veggies with the oregano, bread, broth, pepper and the rest of the water. Bake at 325 F. in a greased, covered casserole for 30 minutes.
