2 tbl flour
3 tsp ground sage
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 x (6-ounce) roasted, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup dry vermouth
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix flour, sage and salt and pepper to taste. Roll chicken in mixture. Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook one minute.

Turn and cook one minute more. Remove to a plate and raise heat to high.

Add vermouth and 1/4 cup water; reduce for two to three minutes. Pour over chicken.
