Instructions: Mix flour, sage and salt and pepper to taste. Roll chicken in mixture. Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook one minute.
Turn and cook one minute more. Remove to a plate and raise heat to high. Add vermouth and 1/4 cup water; reduce for two to three minutes. Pour over chicken. Email this Recipe:
