2 cup Large dry lima beans
6 cup Water
1 x Onion -- chopped
1 x Clove garlic -- minced
1 tbl Prepared mustard
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 oz Can condensed tomato soup
2 tbl Vinegar
2 tbl Brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak beans in water overnight. Pour into slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Drain. Combine onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, tomato soup, vinegar, and sugar.

Mix with beans in slow-cooking pot. Top with pork. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours.
