Ingredients:

1/2 lb Ground turkey
1/2 cup Cream of Wheat
1/2 cup Egg substitute
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 x Clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dried basil leaves
1 pkt (10 oz) chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1/2 cup Chopped red pepper
1/4 cup Minced onion
1 tbl Country-style Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: In large bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, cereal, egg substitute, ketchup, garlic and basil. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Shape into 9x4-inch loaf. Place in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Blend mustard and honey; brush over meatloaf. Bake 15-25 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165 . Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
